We’re delving to the land of film and television this week to fantasise about all those iconic cars we WISH we could learn to drive in. So, grab the popcorn, and let’s get down to it!

The Batmobile (Batman)

The best thing about the Batmobile is that there’s so many different variations of it, but one thing stays consistent: it’s always awesome.

Although we don’t encourage vigilante justice here at InsureLearnerDriver, we imagine we’d look pretty cool pulling up to the drive thru in this baby.

DeLorean (Back to the Future)

Learning to drive opens up all kinds of opportunities, but if you learn to drive in a DeLorean, not only can you go wherever you want, but whenever you want. Fail your driving test? Activate the flux capacitor and try again!

The Mystery Machine (Scooby Doo)

Yes, technically the mystery machine is a van, but we couldn’t help but throw it back to our childhood by including it! Get your Scooby Snacks and get unmasking those scary baddies!

Bumblebee (Transformers)

Learner drivers are often the target of road rage from easily wound up drivers. We think that learning to drive in Bumblebee, would quickly rectify that problem. Hello Alien Robotic Car, goodbye pesky tailgaters!

Brum

We’re not sure how many of us would actually fit in the driving seat of Brum, but we had to give a mention to this adorable little fella. Many of us tagged along to Brum’s shenanigans during our childhoods, and we’ll always have a soft spot for him!

There’s a lot of awesome-ness to choose of from in this post-apocalyptic franchise. Our personal favourite is the Gigahorse, which stands out from the crowd with its double decker Coupe de Ville design!

Which iconic car would you want to learn to drive in? Did we miss any? Let us know in the comments!
