Here's a fact, we received our first Trust Pilot review back in August 2014, courtesy of a delightful customer who had these few good words to say. Off to a good start then. After this we continued to get a consistent stream of 4 - 5 star reviews. The difference your reviews make

Bad reviews are rare for us, but when they do appear we are quick to respond - and we always investigate the issue to ensure the customer is left satisfied. Take this example, originally this was a 2 star review, but thanks to the customer service department at InsureLearnerDriver, the frown was turned upside down and the customer was able to update his review to reflect the service he received! What we love about hearing from our customers is that they are constantly pushing us to be better and improve our product and services. Recently, we introduced a 1 - 6 day provisional insurance policy. After hearing from a number of people who just wanted a few days cover so they could practice a day or two before their test, we worked hard to facilitate that need. We also realised that some of our customers actually had their own car, ready for when they passed their driving test. We thought, why not let these people practice in the car they'll be driving in after passing? So we devised a policy that allowed those individuals to practice driving in their own car. The newest feature of InsureLearnerDriver is the ability to transfer your provisional licence insurance policy over to a new driver insurance policy, once you've obtained your full licence. We wanted to make things simple and easy for customers after they pass. That way they can get the insurance out of the way and get onto the important stuff, like celebrating!
