Email Delivery

How to make sure you receive our emails

There are several Internet Service Providers (ISP’s) who block messages from senders where an email address is not in the recipient’s Address Book or included in their Safe Senders List.

To ensure our messages reach you, please add [email protected] to your Address Book or Safe Senders List.

Instructions for the most commonly used ISP’s are shown below:

  • Click on “Address Book” from the “Mail Options” dropdown box
  • Click on the “Add” icon
  • Type [email protected] into the “Screen Name” box and click “Save”

Hotmail / Outlook

  • Once signed in, select the “Contacts” tab.
  • Click on “Safe List”
  • Type [email protected] in the “type an address or domain name:” box

  • From your Gmail inbox, open the [email protected] email you have received
  • Click on “More Options”
  • Click on “Add sender to contacts”

  • Click on “Settings: E-mail | Junk e-mail at the bottom left hand of your Inbox
  • Click on the link “Junk e-mail Guard”
  • Click on “Safe List”
  • Type [email protected] into the box and click “Add”

  • Open the [email protected] email
  • Click the “add to address book” on the right, next to sender’s name
  • Verify the details
  • Click “Add to Address Book”

If you are using a provider not listed above, please refer to their own  ‘Help’ file.
